Peer review and editorial ethics

The names and e-mail addresses you have entered upon registration on this site will be used exclusively for technical purposes: contact with you or with reviewers (editors) in the process of preparing your article for publication. We do not share your information with other people or organizations.

Algorithm for submission of articles:

  1. Register your account on our site (write Latin your first name and last name).
  2. During registration, in paragraph Log in as, select «Author».
  3. After successful registration, log in your account (menu User mainpage).
  4. Choose action [Add new article].
  5. Run the proposed steps (5 steps) to describe and upload your article to the journal.

Requirements for articles

Check your article by accepting following items. If you do not follow these requirements, your article will not be accepted to our journal.

1. UNIQUENESS. This article has been neither previously published, nor submitted to other journals for review and publication. If any of this takes place then the case should be commented in the notes to sent article (Step 5).
2. ТЕXT:
  • typed in text editor, Microsoft Word;
  • format .DOC, DOCX;
  • pages without divisions, without headers and footers;
  • width alignment;
  • all illustrations, diagrams, figures and tables which located in the text must be in the proper place, and not the end of the article;
  • drawing tables and drawings in accordance with the rules of HAC (Table – inscription in top of it, picture – inscription in bottom);
  • Font  Times New Roman, size 14 pt;
  • interval - 1.5, paragraph - 1.25;
  • Page Setup: top and bottom field - 2 cm, left - 2.5 cm, right - 1.5 cm.

3. STRUCTURE OF PUBLICATION:

1) Definition of the problem in general and its concern for important scientific and practical tasks.

2) Analysis of recent research and publications, where a solution of this problem is developed, that the author relies upon; highlighting of unsolved before aspects of the problem, to which the article is devoted.

3) Forming of the objectives of the Article (forming of the task).

4) Outputting the main research material with full background of scientific results.

5) The conclusions of the research and recommendations for further research in this direction.

The editorial board of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" and its administration will in no case provide this information to other persons or organizations.

 

Publication ethics and Malpractice Statement

The editors of "Technologies of Intellect Development" work in accordance with the international principles of publications ethics, including but not limited to the policy of confidentiality, prevention of possible conflicts of interest etc. The editorial board follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics and, in particular, the Publishing Ethics Resource Kit proposed by Elsevier.

 

Editors and reviewers responsibilities

Editors and reviewers should evaluate manuscripts according to their intellectual content, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political views.

The objective evaluation of manuscripts is ensured, in particular, by single-blind review.

Any submitted manuscript is considered a confidential document. The editorial board and any editorial staff are obliged not to disclose any information about the submitted manuscript to anyone other than the author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial consultants and the publisher, if necessary. Unpublished material disclosed in the submitted manuscript should not be used in the editor's own research without the written consent of the author.

Editors should withdraw (ie, ask a co-editor, associate editor, or other editorial board member to work with material instead of reviewing it) when reviewing manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest as a result of competitive, joint, or other ties communication with any of the authors, companies or (possibly) institutions related to the submitted materials.

The editorial board should take reasonable action when ethical complaints arise about a submitted manuscript or published article in conjunction with the publisher (or society). Such measures usually include contact with the author of the manuscript or document and due consideration of the relevant complaint or claim, but may also include further communication to relevant institutions and scientific organizations.

When reviewing the submitted manuscripts, the reviewers take into account their relevance to the topic of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development", validity, relevance, originality and readability of the manuscripts.

As a result of the review, the submitted article may be: a) accepted for publication without comments/revisions, b) with comments/revisions or c) rejected.

During the decision to publish the article, the editorial board is guided by the policy of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" and current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, in the field of copyright.

Article, approved to publication by the editorial board of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" is posted on the website of the journal in open access.

 

Author’s responsibilities

The authors of the submitted documents must provide a clear description of the work performed, as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Basic data must be accurately reflected in the work.

Authors are required to submit their own and original scientific work (ie one that has never been published before). References to the author's previous publications are allowed to acquaint with his scientific concept. The text of the manuscript submitted to the editorial board of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" must be at least 80% original, taking into account “borrowings” from previous works of the author.

The article should contain enough details and links to allow others to reproduce scientific research. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements are unethical and unacceptable.

Plagiarism in all its forms is an unethical behavior and is unacceptable.

During a certain period of time, authors can submit an article for consideration only in the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development". Submitting the same manuscript to several journals at the same time is unethical behavior towards the publisher (s) and is unacceptable.

If the author finds a significant error or inaccuracy in the published article, he must immediately notify the editor of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development", the publisher of this journal or its administrator and work with the editor to withdraw or correct the article. If an editor or publisher learns from a third party that a published article contains a material error, the author's responsibility is to withdraw or correct the article immediately.

Authorship of articles, submitted to the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" for review and publication should be limited to authors who have made significant contributions to the relevant research. Correspondence with the editors of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" by one of the authors is assessed as a guarantee of the latter that other co-authors of the article (if any) support the intention to publish an article in the journal and approved the final version of the article.

The article should have the structure, the necessary references to the original sources and design in accordance with the requirements for the articles.

Authors and co-authors of articles published in the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" are fully responsible for their content, in particular for the accuracy of the information provided, for the correctness of interpretations and conclusions.

The editors of "Technologies of Intellect Development" are not responsible to the authors, co-authors, other people, as well as government agencies, commercial and other organizations for possible damage caused by the publication of the article or articles or the published article(s) content.

The editors of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" reserve the right to remove an article from the journal if it finds out the fact or facts of violation of someone's rights and / or generally accepted norms of scientific ethics.

Authors are encouraged to indicate in the articles the sources of financial support for relevant research.

Authors / co-authors are not allowed to publish an article that has already been published in the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" in other publications, if the latter are not electronic databases.

In case of borrowing information materials from an article published in the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development", it is necessary to link to this article, indicating at least its authorship and the journal where the article is published.
