RESEARCH OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF FUTURE FIRE-RESСUERS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

The article deals with the program of forming the psychological readiness of future fire-rescuers for professional activity, the process of empirical research through a statement and forming experiment. The sample of the investigated, diagnostic procedure, which includes expert evaluation of the activity and diagnostic toolkit, which was used for the study of the effectiveness of the program for the formation of psychological readiness, is described. As a result of the study, it became possible to describe the features of fire rescuers, which determine the level of readiness for activities in extreme conditions. The generalized psychological portrait of the future fire rescuers at the initial stage of study allowed to determine the following features of the structure of psychological readiness: moral, cognitive, volitional, communicative, and motivational components. The obtained empirical data allow to substantially clarify the theoretical model of psychological readiness for activities under special conditions.
