STUDIES OF THE RELATIONSHIP EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING FUTURE DOCTOR AND HIS PERSONALITY STRUCTURE FORMATION
Abstract
The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical literature on personal development expert. We describe the theoretical and methodological principles of personal development, which serve as the basis for establishing interconnection effectiveness of training future doctors and formed his personality structures. The problem of training future doctor in the context of his personal development, found psychological and educational facilities for vocational training. The essence of the concept of "tolerance" and definite definition characterized as an important professional quality. Author is determined components of the psychological structure of medical students, student-important quality, professionally important qualities. Investigated and found the quality to be complicate future livelihoods doctor and those who assist in communicating with other people, including patients. Matched complex psychodiagnostic methods available to detect the level of personal qualities important in medical students. Proposed and implemented adaptive-dynamic training method (training) for the development of personal qualities important. The method of teaching based on personal approach, a system of learning tasks that contribute to the personal development of future doctors, which in turn is characterized by the gradual formation of professionally important qualities. The interrelation between the efficiency of training medical students and formed his personality structures.
