PSYCHOLOGICAL LIFE QUALITY AS CONSEQUENCE OF OUR SOLUTIONS
Abstract
This article analyzes the effect of our cognitive habits, intellectual competencies on psychological life quality, on its improvement by ourselves. The myths that the psychological life quality depends only on external circumstances are disproved. It is proved that such an interpretation leads us to lose motivation impulse to work hard to improve our life.
Therefore, an important task for us was to ask the question of changing our psychological culture, culture of thinking, election culture.
We experimentally tested the specially organized developing space influence on the psychological life quality: virtual teams of improving of the psychological life quality. We had good results of our work in a year.
The article presents the assessment parameters of psychological life quality, as the perception of their position in life, according to the cultural characteristics and value system, goals, expectations, standards and cares.
We identified a group of erroneous thoughts, that lead to failure in improving of their own quality life, they are born by erroneous thinking, by cognitive errors and inaccurate choice.
Also, we found that everyone has the resource to improve their life quality and we should be able to convert it to the resource.
Our research experimentally proved that if a person makes a little steps hard and regularly, it has the ability to improve the life quality.
In our experiment, that lasted a year we covered about 1500 people (from 21 to 72 years old). We have identified a regularity (3-4 times a week), which gave our participants an opportunity to move away from the usual style of life and improve their own psychological life quality of. Time to change that is 1.5 years.
We believe that our experiment was successful. The technologies can be used in the educational process and direct to: popularizing psychology scientific statements that helps to improve life quality of our community.
