DIGITAL COMPETENCE IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION APPLICANTS WITH DISABILITIES

The article is devoted to a theoretical analysis of the problem of forming digital competence in persons with disabilities. The aim of the study was to theoretically analyze the formation of digital competence in persons with disabilities and empirically investigate the features of the formation of digital competence in persons with disabilities.
Research methods and techniques: methods of analysis and comparison and generalization of scientific literature on the results of the study, including observation, content analysis, questionnaire survey, analysis of activity products; methods of descriptive statistics, mathematical analysis and frequency-semantic analysis.
The article considers the content of the concept of "digital competence", characterizes the composition of digital competence as a component of soft & hard skills, attempts to generalize scientific knowledge about digital competence and its necessity in persons with disabilities, presents the principles of forming digital competence in persons with disabilities. A brief analysis of the results of an empirical study is presented, which identifies a cohort of respondents who require special learning conditions: persons with disabilities, persons with OOP, persons with chronic diseases, identifies the main components of digital competence in this cohort, and summarizes the results obtained in the presented conclusions.
