Information For Readers

The electronic journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" was founded in 2011 by the G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the NAES of Ukraine (specifically by the Laboratory of Modern Information Technologies in Education, later renamed the Cyberpsychology Lab) (Ukraine).

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
