The journal operates under the Diamond Open Access model. All articles and issues are freely available on the journal’s website with no access restrictions for readers and no publication fees for authors.

Publication of materials is carried out free of charge for all authors after a positive decision by the editorial board and approval of the article for publication.

Waiver of Fees

Since publication in the journal is completely free of charge for all authors, no additional fees apply. In particular, the journal provides a full waiver of any charges (including submission, processing, peer-review, and publication fees) for articles submitted by doctoral students (third level of higher education) enrolled in state-funded (budget) programs, provided that such articles are single-authored (without co-authors).
