USING ACTIVE METHODS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL “SELF – CONCEPT” OF PSYCHOLOGIST
Abstract
The article is an excerpt from a pilot study on the problem of formation of professional consciousness psychologist. Emphasis on the possibility of updating the process of development of professional identity of the psychologist in the system of postgraduate education by creating learning environment through the practical implementation of the program of active development of professional self-concept.
In the article describes the logic of experimental program build by determine psychology-pedagogical conditions. Where an awareness of psychologist opportunities of I-achievement provides through the self-knowledge of professional skills and opportunities that realize on the diagnostic stage of the program; the development of main professional position components of psychologist “self– concept” follows by the correction of that basis on internal and behavioral patterns, improving of work effectiveness in settle of professional problem situations are presented through the organization of an intervision groups; awareness of personal and professional changes that have taking place under the influence of training and implements on self-evaluate stage; providing psychologists self-assessment criteria by the dynamic of the professional consciousness development by the main indicators of professional consciousness components development that performs on the first stage when obtained listener's knowledge and abilities of self-professional “self – concept” transferred him on the stage of consciously-controlled self-realization. In the article defined the principles, purpose, tasks, content and the features of an experimental program stages structure.
