The research revealed that virtual supportive-developmental spaces open new opportunities for psychological assistance and personal growth for both individuals and society as a whole. A complex of scientific methods was employed, including critical analysis of scientific sources, theoretical analysis and synthesis, comparison and systematization, generalization and conceptual modeling, as well as synergetic and paradigmatic approaches, to develop a comprehensive concept of supportive-developmental virtual space. A significant advantage of specially created and organized virtual support and development spaces is their flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse user needs, providing conditions for choosing both individual and group psychological work technologies, utilizing various multimedia and interactive tools that enhance engagement, motivation, and effectiveness of psychological assistance and personal growth. Such digital platforms become not only a means for obtaining information or consultations, but also create conditions for self-reflection, self-learning, and amplification of individuals' mental models. Participants have the opportunity to find and apply those methods of psychological support and self-development that best correspond to their individual needs, characteristics, and life circumstances. The hypothesis that virtual supportive-developmental spaces constitute a powerful digital platform for psychological support and personality development of individuals has been confirmed. The research establishes grounds for determining the psychological potential and characteristics of virtual spaces aimed at providing psychological support and facilitating personal development of participants, encompassing both individual and group work formats, diverse practical approaches and technologies, as well as intercontextual psychological assistance with various requests, consequently helping to reveal the specifics of developing and implementing effective virtual supportive-developmental spaces both globally and in Ukraine specifically.
