The article is devoted to the analysis and isolation of the specifics of semantic representation by the personality of the collective subjectness.
The research was implemented using the following methods: “Test of 20 statements” by M. Kuhn and T. McPartland, "Semantic differential” by C. Osgood and “Portrait Questionnaire of Values” (PVQ) by S. Schwartz, by filling in an individual questionnaire form volunteer. The study sample consisted of 302 volunteers aged 17 to 80 years from more than 15 cities of Ukraine.
There was established the specificity of psychosemantic representation by volunteers of the image of the volunteer community by means of psychosemantic assessment. The presence of the specifics of the relationship between the features psychosomatic representation and value-motivational tendencies personality, its age and gender are shown. In particular, in the case of the distribution of indicators of psychosemantic reconstruction of the image of the volunteer community, the specificity of their distribution in the space of meta-values "freedom - overcoming anxiety" is shown. On the contrary, for the structure of an individual's identity personality, the presence of the specificity of the distribution of its indicators in the space of the meta-value "individual - prosocial" is shown. On the contrary, was shown that for the structure of individual identity there is the presence of the specificity of the distribution of its indicators in the space of the meta-value "individual - prosocial».
It has been established that in the speech discourse of sociality, the personality of the volunteer constructs its uniqueness, balancing between the interests of the group and its own individuality. On the contrary, in the psychosemantic representation of the collective subject the personality of the volunteer balances in its choice between the values of preservation and freedom. Thereby, the established specificity of the variability of the psychosemantic characteristics of the image (concept) of “volunteers”, depending on the opposite motivational trends, creates the basis for developing the question of reproducing such a connection for other reference groups.
