A study of the Internet communication’s psychological features of participants in the virtual educational space of the subjectivity development was conducted. The psychological specificity of the participants communication of such a space has been clarified. Internet communication in the context of the virtual educational space of the subjectivity development is carried out using Disqus – the complex platform for commenting, which integrates the capabilities of various social networks and authentic tools; as well as in social networks, through e-mail, messengers and the correspondence system on the Moodle platform. Group dynamics is implemented with the help of joint commenting on tasks, questions, answers, and feedback provided by participants. Participants are quite active in sharing their own experiences regarding the performance of tasks or their reactions to them, while others are included in the discussion, ask questions, voice their opinions on the topics raised, and provide recommendations. Messages from other participants, received results of diagnostic methods, feedback provided by familiar participants (from other training and development projects), etc., cause increased interest in discussions. Video tasks are particularly active in the discussions, which proves their essential importance not only for the productivity of internet trainings on the development of subjectivity in general, but also for the development of group dynamics in particular. The hypothesis that the Internet communication of the participants of the subjectivity development virtual educational space can create conditions for the formation of group dynamics was confirmed. Further study of the psychological features of the modern info-communicative, multimedia and interactive technologies active use, which provide Internet communication and group dynamics in virtual educational spaces of the subjectivity development in particular and the functioning of these spaces in general, is an important direction of modern and future research.
