FEATURES OF LIFE STYLE OF PEOPLE WITH TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE

Lack of thorough research that reveals the essence of the impact of traumatic experiences on life style. It is determined that the traumatic experience should be understood as reflected in the mind of experiences about the traumatic situation. Traumatic situations have found to be extreme, critical events that pose a threat to the physical or mental integrity of the subject or persons close to him or have a powerful negative effect on the psyche and require the individual to take extraordinary efforts to overcome the consequences. It established that traumatic experience considered in the structure of life experience.
Structural components of life style are given. The essence of two levels of functioning of the components of the structural-functional model of the influence of traumatic experience on the life style of the individual is stated and revealed.
An empirical study aimed at identifying traumatic experience in the structure of the autobiographical memory of the individual and conducted a comparative analysis on the parameter «lifestyle», were able to identify 2 groups on the indicator «traumatic experience»: Group 1 – respondents with the highest score on the indicator «traumatic experience»; Group 2 – respondents with low scores on traumatic experience. There was a discrepancy in the number of indicators between the two distinguished groups. The prospect of further exploration is the development of a typology of life style of persons with traumatic experience.
