ON SOME PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPONENTS OF PERSONAL SUCCESSFULNESS IN REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY
Abstract
In the paper, the analysis is presented of psychological factors and components of personal successfulness in the real estate activity. The empirical material was received by interviewing some experienced Kiyv realtors. Psychological features specific for successful activity of a person as a realtor are elicited. The main realtor’s psychological roles and functions are determined. The interpretation components in communication between realtor and the client person are investigated. Interaction between an expert realtor and a client is seen as a joint solving of the problem of search for the meaning. The inference is made that psychological support is a component of the realtor's work with his client. The personality portrait of a successful realtor is supposed to be constructed.
