LIFE PERSPECTIVE PROSPECTS OF CONVICTS WOMEN: THEORETICAL ANALYSIS
Abstract
The article elaborated theoretical analysis of the problems of life perspective sentenced to imprisonment of women. It was found that the life prospects sentenced to imprisonment of men and women are the gender differences are most apparent in value-semantic aspect of life perspective. Value-temporal aspect of life perspective minors sexes have common features in the parameter «extent».The differences in life perspectives sentenced to imprisonment of women and law-abiding women sentenced to imprisonment for minors and the law-schoolgirls. Life perspectives sentenced to imprisonment of minors, girls are significantly different from law-abiding life prospects of girls sentenced to imprisonment younger women – from law-abiding women of the same age.Important place in the personal life values sentenced to imprisonment of minors, women and girls take life values "love" and "family." Juveniles convicted understand the value of "love" superficially seek to establish relationships with the opposite sex. Convicted young women perceive the value of "love" is illusory, as available, but priority value. Important for young women prisoners is the sphere of family life.Life perspectives sentenced to imprisonment younger women who have committed crimes of various types and severity, have differences in value-semantic aspect of life perspective.
