THE RESULTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Abstract
Was considered the role of problem of forming communicative qualities of personality in pedagogical communication as pedagogical work belongs to the type of activity, communicative for its nature. Was analyzed the results of psychodiagnostic study of teachers of medical universities before and after the implementation of training on such techniques as: Diagnosis of interpersonal relationships (T. Leary test, modification of L.Sobchik), Questionnaire of self relation of S.R. Pantylyeyeva, Questionnaire of "self-style behavior" and others. Was made the statistical analysis of the received data. Was examined the changes in terms of teachers of medical institutions of higher education as special as humanities disciplines after their participation in the training of membership of a particular style of pedagogical dialogue: power-leadership, creative-democratic and spontaneous-liberal. Using the correlation analysis was demonstrated the dependence of motivation of students from the style of pedagogical communication of teachers, was considered the growth rate in students motivation for studying at the university, according to the certain pedagogical styles of communication. Was proved the efficiency of the training program for teachers of medical universities, was studied its positive impact on the motivation of students to educational activities and also the promoting of the communicative competence and general personal growth of teachers of medical universities, which provides an opportunity for its further introduction in higher educational institutions.
