STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL CREATIVE ABILITIES OF FUTURE PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS
Abstract
The article highlights the main principles for the model of creative personality formation of a psychologist-professional, and it reveals key components of the structural-functional model of professional creative capabilities of students-psychologists, in particular the sphere of mental and search of creative commitment, elements, components and mechanisms of professional creative abilities of future practical psychologists.
Theoretical and methodological basis of the model of professional creative abilities of future practical psychologists is the philosophical and psychological theory of an action and performance achievements made by Ukrainian and Russian scientists towards enriching this theory; and cyclically-action approach of science development (especially socio-humanitarian, scientific schools and creative way of prominent thinkers) with its basic principles, concepts and laws.
At the theoretical and experimental levels, it is proved that the development of professional creative abilities of an individual is primarily a qualitative change in areas of mental and search creative commission (activation, conative, active and self-organizational), their components (instincts, creative abilities of creation and creativity), structural elements (emotional, cognitive, problematic and motivational, communicative and productive, creative and professional), mechanisms (problem-situational, motivational and regulatory, communicative and active, reflexive and self-organizing) through a professional engagement into productive activity. The structural and functional model of professional creative abilities development of future practical psychologists is built on these initial positions.
