TRAINING COURSE AS THE PSYHOLOGICAL AND DIDACTIC MEANS OF PROFESSIONAL AND CREATIVE ABILITIES DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS
Abstract
The native and western approaches to the problem of playing psychological training course development for professional and creative abilities development of future practical psychologists are considered. It is revealed that for the development of professional creative abilities of future practical psychologists it is needed unregulated environment with democratic relations and possibility of imitation to creative person mainly through copying of think-activity style and personal properties (independence of thoughts and deeds, motivation and resoluteness of search, openness and self-actualization etc.) The training course as organizational and active game which is aimed to develop creative potential, thinking and creativity of future psychologists is analyzed. It is determined the purpose of the carrying out the training course as the game and the composition of its participants; tasks and instruction of the game; scenario of the game and its realization. It is proved that the author’s training course is aimed to the development of creative person of future practical psychologist. It is promoted the personal growth and maximum realization of their own creative potential in life and professional activity, forming the experience of creative thinking of the future psychologists in purposeful interaction, co-creative of teacher and student at special organized conditions with using clearly designed mechanisms, forms, methods, means and instruments of classes organization. It is established that the author's training course is aimed to the development of student’s creative qualities (future psychologists) as the personalities. These features are named as the individual and psychological features are met to the requirements of the creative and psychological activity in the condition of its successful fulfillment.
