THE PROGRAMME OF DEVELOPMENT THE MOTIVATIONAL SPHERE OF PERSONALITY IN ADOLESCENCE
Abstract
The description of the program of the personality motivational sphere in adolescence is represented. The analysis of the effective results of program according to creative thinking and motivational sphere of teenagers is given. In order to develop the motivation and its influence on the creative thinking of teenagers, it was elaborated a program for the development of motivational sphere. While forming, we relied on the following: consider the importance of motivation in the motivational structure of the personality; development of new motives, needs and values with the help of shifting emotional experiences from the results to the process, the means and the intermediate operations; use of motivational switching by existing motivational relations, which are sent to a new subject or content; application of the mechanism of emotional motive of predestination; creating a positive impact on motivation, explaining their own failures by insufficient efforts; the formation of productive cognitive actions that would contribute to the development of creative and cognitive interests and abilities.
The base of the program is the development of motivational sphere of teenagers and the formation of means by motivational regulation and sustainable relationship of cognitive and personal components, the process of creative thinking of teenagers will be on the highest level.
