TO A QUESTION OF INTERFERENCE OF PSYCHOSOCIAL AND PSYCHO-PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ADAPTABILITY OF THE PERSON ON THE EXAMPLE OF MEDICAL STUDENTS
Abstract
In article the question of the person’s adaptation from the point of view of social and physiological positions is analyzed. As process of adaptation of the person differs in participation in it of various adaptive factors - biological, psychological and social, we made analysis of interference of psychosocial and psycho-physiological characteristics of adaptability of the person. We prove that adaptation and adaptability demand studying in a concrete situation because with the influence on the person of various factors the level of psychological adaptability of the person changes, but at an assessment of these changes various scientific approaches have restrictions in interpretation and not always consider integrity of the person and influence of adaptability on other characteristics of the person. To investigate completely a psychological phenomenon of adaptability of the person, we make the quantitative analysis of data with the help of methods of the correlation and factorial analysis. It allows us to confirm information of other authors on complexity and an integrality of adaptability, as property of the person; to define interrelations between characteristics of adaptability and individual and psychological characteristics of the person; to reveal the factors characterizing relations of the general indicators of adaptability and disadaptation, and also interrelation of adaptation features of the person with such indicators as a rigidity, emotionality, neurotic characteristics of the person.
