CONDITIONS OF FORMATION AND PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF FUTURE RESCUERS
Abstract
The article presents a psychological specificity and conditions of formation of rescuers. The theoretical justification of the features of professional firefighters. Made the survey of scientific papers that indicate the effectiveness of the unity of the dominant features of training and education in the formation of future professionals. It is noted that the specific cadets life, such as education and stay indoors is a significant factor for change in the development of personality traits. An important role is played by the formation of professional officers and curators who have time to direct cadets to the correct channel development. Also makes a significant impact in personal self-development of future saviors. Among the most important domestic preconditions that determine the effectiveness of self cadets include needs and motivations; developed self-awareness and self-criticism; self-esteem; a certain level of freedom; realizes versatile installation of self; psychological readiness for active, purposeful and systematic work on self-education. Research of subjective perceptions and expectations of professionally significant qualities and professional motivation for future saviors.
