FORMATION OF SKILLS OF THE ADAPTIVE KOPING AT THE STAGE OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS
Abstract
The article presents the results of theoretical analysis of approaches to the study of the coping behaviour (coping). Reviewed scientific approaches to definition of essence of the phenomena of coping, coping resources, coping behavior, coping strategies personality. Discusses the results of research of a level of mastering the skills of adaptive coping students of a technical College. Empirical evidence shows that the vast majority of student young people to solve their difficulties often choose non-adaptive forms of coping, mainly maladaptive ways of cognitive and behavioral strategies. It is in the future could negatively affect the process of professional adaptation, further socialization; can lead to the reduction of personal and professional activity, the emergence of psychosomatic reactions, inadequate evaluation of crisis situations, to increase the number of conflicts, stress and victimogenic situations. Based on the data of the empirical research focusing on the need for developing programs correctional work with students during training, the essence of which consists in training the young man adaptive skills, cognitive, behavioural and emotional coping, and includes measures, complex which is aimed at minimizing the mechanisms of psychological defense, the intensification of its own coping resources and harmonization of individual and personal qualities. Marked the prospects for further research in this direction, in particular, the study of the impact of the use of adaptive coping on indicators of social adaptation of the victimization, stress resistance, competitiveness of future specialists.
