SOCIAL AND PSYHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT IN UNIVERSITIES OF UKRAINE
Abstract
Data are given about the results of empirical socially-psychological research of application of information and communication technologies by students and teachers of the Ukrainian universities. It is shown that the practice of using computing devices in training time between teachers and students is similar. Practice of daily application of information resources of its own among university teachers are more developed. Teachers help students use quite often. There is a "credit of trust", which is to take advantage of the teaching staff in the process of developing information and media openwork own universities. There is a variety of social and attitudes to practice the use of Internet resources in the learning process and the lack of culture produced using them. Teachers are more categorical in understanding the importance of lively dialogue for studying in university than students. Attitudes of students on choosing digital resources for the advantage lectures more radical. Quite a high proportion of uncertainty among students indicates the presence of a resource on pedagogical techniques, aimed at the use of traditional lectures in terms of modern information environment. Ascertained a high level of differentiation practices active attitude towards creation of information resources in the teaching environment, existence of social groups that are actively engaged in this and the group indifferent. Evaluation of electronic resources of the University's own equally low among students and among teachers. It is concluded that there is a need to create a special program for the development of electronic resources of national universities.
