LEGAL REPRESENTATIONS OF MINORS IN THE CONTEXT OF STUDY OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL REPRESENTATION
Abstract
The problem of legal psychology and legal consciousness is considered in the article, actuality of study of legal representations of personality is certain. The author notes that the formation of legal representations depends on the norms of society, factors related to the characteristics of the personality. Content level of legal consciousness of personality, social beliefs, attitudes and beliefs determine the subject's perception of the legal situation. Deficit of legal representations of minors identified that requires legal education of the person. Indicated that legal education should begin in childhood, when stacked up all the attitudes of the personality.
