ASSESSMENT OF READINESS TO THE DISTANCE LEARNING: PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS

Abstract


The article contains the review of approaches to the concept of readiness. The meaning of readiness is analyzed in terms of activity approach; its structure as a psychological and psychophysiological formation realizable solely in the context of a particular activi4y and dependent inter alia on the content of this activity:  learning, labour activity, sports etc. is scrutinised. Described is the specificity of readiness to the distance learning. The evidence is given that readiness to the distance learning is based on its design, which provides means for an adult to advance from the actual zone to the zone of proximal development; the sense of the assessment of readiness is this design assessment.
