SCHEMATIZATION: RESOURCES FOR DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS PROFESSIONAL THINKING IN HIGHER AND POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract


The article is an analysis method of schematization resources for the development of specialists professional thinking in higher and further education. Professional thinking is seen as highly complex, integrative, and multisystem multiprocessing phenomenon, a special type of thinking, problem solving provides professional activity and professional development of the individual. One method of professional thinking method is considered as schematic multistage process aimed at creating a sign form their own thinking or objective content; reflexive conscious separation of essential primary elements of the object, process, and himself as the subject of mental activity. The basic principles of the method schematic for the development of professional thinking of experts identified the context, verbalization, collective mental activity, reflection, progressive complications schemes, gradual build schemes unity constructs, reliance on the basis of approximate. Schematization main activities are: construction scheme; interpretation scheme; discussion, presentation scheme; re-schematization; legitimization schemes.

In the article presented a method of diagnosis and development of professional thinking professionals, based schematic method that can be used in higher and further education.
